About Quality First Homes

Quality First Homes’ founder and owner, Bennett Gamel, is an established real estate developer with over 30 years experience in real estate development, construction, operations, and management. Projects he has overseen include a long list of complete new constructions, as well as renovations of all scales. This wide range of industry experience informs every project he takes on, and he’s able to ensure that every aspect of every job is executed to the highest standard.

Experienced Contractor and Developer

Before launching his own company, Quality First Homes, Bennett held several top-level positions with South Florida builders. He was Vice President of Crescent Heights Investments, Inc., the largest developer of luxury waterfront conversion condominiums in South Florida. While with Crescent Heights Investments, Inc., Bennett oversaw all phases of site conversions, including renovation, marketing, sales, loans processing, and hotel operations.

Prestigious Projects

Other large-scale projects of his included Cricket Club, Carriage Club North, Carriage Club South, Carriage House, Alexander Hotel, Castle Beach Hotel, Alexander Towers, Central Park Condominium, and Marco Polo Hotel, currently Radisson Aventura Beach Hotel.
Bennett also previously owned and operated Hot Shot’s Sports Bar Billiards & Nightclub in Sunrise, Florida. He designed and built the 12,000 sq. ft. high-scale club, now bringing in gross annual revenues exceeding $1.5 million.
